- Credits and billing
- Subscribers can change plan, cancel and download invoices under Invoices and billing on the account page. For anything else, include the date and amount of the charge. Open your account
- A generation went wrong
- Failed generations are refunded automatically. If a result looks wrong or a refund is missing, include the tool or model name, the time you ran it and the prompt.
