There is no self-service delete button yet. You ask us by email and we delete the account for you.

Before you ask

  • Download anything you want to keep. Once the account is deleted, your uploads and results are gone.
  • Check for a refund. Unused credits are lost on deletion. If a recent payment's credits are all unspent, you may qualify for a refund of that payment; see Requesting a refund. Ask for it in the same email.
  • Unshare anything in the gallery if you want it gone right away. Deletion removes it too.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address you sign in with. The address is on the contact page.

  2. Say that you want your account deleted. Nothing else is required.

  3. We confirm the request comes from the account holder, delete the account and reply when it is done.

We answer data requests within the time set in the privacy policy. If you cannot send from the account's address, see Data requests for how we verify you.

What is deleted

  • your profile and sign-in details, including any Google link,
  • your generation history, uploads and results, including anything shared to the gallery,
  • your saved API key, if you added one,
  • your credit balance.

Deleting the account also cancels any active subscription, so you are not charged again.

What is kept

  • Backups: deleted data can stay in database backups for a limited time until they rotate out, as the privacy policy says.
  • Payment records: Stripe keeps invoices and payment records as tax and accounting law requires, and we may keep payment records we are legally required to keep.

This cannot be undone

A deleted account cannot be restored. If you sign up again with the same email, you get a new account without your old results, history or balance.
