New subscribers get a lower price on their first month of Premium.
Premium billed monthly is $15.20 for the first month, then $19 a month, for accounts that have never had a subscription. The discount is applied at checkout.
Who can get it
The offer applies when all of these are true:
- you choose Premium,
- you choose monthly billing,
- your account has never had a subscription, including one that was later cancelled.
On the pricing page, the Premium card shows the first month price while monthly billing is selected and your account qualifies. Signed-out visitors see it too; whether it applies is checked when you sign in and start checkout.
How it is applied
The discount is added to the Stripe checkout automatically, so there is no code to enter. Because of that, a checkout that carries this discount has no promotion code field; Stripe does not allow both on the same checkout.
Stripe applies the discount to the first invoice only. From the second month on, Premium renews at the regular monthly price shown in the table on the pricing page, until you change plans or cancel.
Credits in the first month
The discount changes the price, not the credits. The first invoice adds the full Premium monthly credits, the same as every later month.

If you change your mind
- Cancel in the billing portal before the second month to avoid being charged the regular price. Your plan stays active to the end of the first month and your credits stay. See Cancel your subscription.
- Refunds of the discounted payment follow the usual rules in Requesting a refund: the amount refunded is what you paid.
- Switching plans after the first month is done in the billing portal, with Stripe prorating the difference.
