If you forgot your password, you can choose a new one from a link we email to you.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?, or go straight to /forgot-password.
  2. Enter the email address you signed up with and select Send reset link.
  3. Open the email from Snap AI Studio and select Choose a new password.
  4. Enter a new password of 8 characters or more, type it again to confirm, and select Set new password.

You are signed in with the new password and taken to the studio. Your credits, plan and creations stay as they were.

For privacy, the confirmation message is the same whether or not an account exists for the email you entered, so it does not tell you whether you typed the right address.

  • The link expires 30 minutes after it is sent and works only once.
  • Asking for a new link cancels any earlier link, so always use the newest email.
  • If the link has expired or was already used, the page says so. Request a new one from /forgot-password.
  • If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and make sure you entered the address you signed up with. Reset requests are limited per email and per network, so wait a while before trying again if you are told there were too many requests.

Every other device is signed out

Resetting your password signs you out everywhere else you were signed in. Sign in again on those devices with your new password.

Accounts that use Google

If you created your account with Continue with Google, you can keep signing in with Google. You can also use the reset link to add a password, so you can sign in with either one.

Did not ask for a reset?

If you get a reset email you did not request, ignore it. Nothing changes unless someone opens the link from your inbox and sets a new password.
