You can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion at any time. Requests go by email; there is no form yet.
What you can ask for
- A copy of your data: your account details, your generations with their prompts and settings, your uploads and results, and your credit history.
- A correction: for example the email on your account (see Change your email or password).
- Deletion of specific generations: tell us which ones by date and tool or model.
- Deletion of your account: see Delete your account. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Say which right you are using and we handle it the same way.
What you can do yourself
- Download a result from its card with Download.
- Unshare a result from the gallery.
- Remove a saved API key on your account page.
- Cancel or change your subscription and download invoices under Invoices and billing.
How to send a request
-
Email us from the address you sign in with. The address is on the contact page.
-
Say what you want: a copy, a correction or a deletion, and for which data.
-
We check that the request comes from the account holder, then reply.
We answer within the time set in the privacy policy.
How we verify it is you
Writing from the email on your account is usually enough. If you cannot, we ask for details only the account holder would know, such as roughly when you signed up, your plan, or the date and amount of a recent payment. We do not act on a request we cannot connect to the account, because that would put your data at risk.
Payment data
We never see or store your card number. Stripe holds your card details and payment history under its own privacy policy. Your invoices are available in the billing portal.
Complaints
If you are not happy with how we handled a request, you can complain to your local data protection authority, or in Canada to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
